    These are pretty much 10% sugar, or at least your body will react to them that way. Maltitol to mess with the diabetics and xylitol to kill your dog if you they get a hold of one.

      From the manufacturer, 60gms bar has 2.4gm sugar.
      I am not expert in NIP but it looks like less than 5% sugar.

        If you're a diabetic or have to monitor your GI, then you need to calculator maltitol into the sugar count. It is not a diabetic friendly alternative to sugar, regardless of Australia's current labelling legislation
