    • Nah, don't think so. I look it up once as I have BoM also. Its just Westpac cards only.

    • It wont work. But you can always verify by going on the westpac page on ShopBack, which will give you a list of eligible cards which have been added to your account.

      same. Lodged a claim yesterday… Not sure if pulling the trigger on this one will just confuse the people at SB even more.

        I'm beginning to think the same. I've claimed $1000+ through both Cash rewards and Shopback. Never had an issue with CW, had about half a dozen issues with SB that I know about. Usually gets sorted out a few weeks after I make a claim.. but half the time I usually forget/don't follow up. Free $$ for SB due to my laziness.

        Edit: I use the Shopback App as well! Can't put it down to user error..

      Across 3 cashback providers I've not had a single liquorland or firstchoice track for 6 - 8 weeks now.

      • @tool, same with me it’s almost a sport for ShopBack they make their customers chase up for the cashback only for Big ticket items though . No such bs with cashrewards.

    • Yup, same here, clicks recorded but no 'tracking'. Two separate C&C orders.
      Mind you, have had no receipt from Liquorland and as of a few hours ago, no receipt or even able to view the order details on Liqourland Member's login.

  • Bought a case. ShopBack still says ‘clicked’, hopefully it actually tracks. I have much better success with Cashrewards, ShopBack always seems to be so slow to track.

      Per transaction, so yes you’d get the cashback twice

          only if it states per member, otherwise it is per transaction, as long as you go back through shopback again to the website

    Shopback never tracks…..it did not tracked for me last time….cash rewards much better company

    Mine tracked but wrong amounts as well. For my $110 purchase ($100 assuming based on pre GST price), I received an email saying $6.82 cashback plus bonus $7.82 from Westpac. On the website is shows $15.64 and $7.82. All under the correct value, but not 14% as suggested above. Should have been $20 and $10.

    And I made a purchase 2 days earlier. That is also wrong but short by less than a dollar.

    Come on Shopback, get your act together. This gets tedious having to chase things like this up.

    • Mine have tracked wrong too:

      $68 transaction: $10.73 + $5.36 bonus
      $40 transaction: $10.18 + $5.09

      What percentage is it supposed to track at? Is the bonus additive or cumulative?

      20% + 10% = 30% or 20% + (10% of 20) 2% = 22%?

        It should be 30% total, both based on pre GST price. The bonus Westpac cashback is based on that price, not the calculated net value after cash back.

        • Alright, so 30% of the pre-GST price. Thank you. It seems my cash back has actually tracked fine then, if not a little over 30% of $97.20.

  • My email message says tracked wrong but the app has correct amounts.

  • My purchase tracked - a $28 clean skin slab of "Beer" (reasonable ratings so why not try it and with SB and Wespac cost about $20.50). I selected pick up and got a message a day later advising that it was not in stock but could pick up from elsewhere, cancel or get it delivered. I went the delivery option which didn't end up costing me any more.

    Followed it up on Friday because I hadn't heard back - they advised that delivery was now on track. Got a delivery message showing that it was being delivered from Queensland (I am in Victoria). They are not making much on this deal, except for good will, hope they don't shake up the beer too much

  • Cashback was approved on 8 August but the amounts were incorrect. Being a month or so later probably not many will see this.

    A few posts back I reported incorrectly calculated cashback amounts. Others had as well. I reached Shopback via Live Chat and they are looking into it. I wonder how many others have received the wrong amounts but have not noticed.

    • Mine still hasn't tracked after lodging a missing claim a month ago. Still "Calculating".. such poor service from SB.

      • Received a notification a few hours later that they have now credited my account with the shortfall.
