  The negative feedback is starting to build up -

  Do not buy anything from kingroon. Once you paid your money, they don't care about your order. they said they doing business in china and just hire storage area to send items in Australia. Hard to make communicate with them and even they don't have enough stock, they let you pay money and if you ask cancellation, your emails will be ignored. Terrible experience with them and still going on.
  I purchased a 3D Touch auto-leveling sensor from them previously. The sensor itself was faulty as it would sometimes go out of sync with the probe and then, go into an error state and fail the whole leveling process.
  I raised this with the company with photos and videos of the operation and they gave me the best reply:
  Our technician confirmed there is no problem with the sensor.
  We wish you all the best!
  So I then asked them how having a sensor going into an error state (and blinking red to visually show you that it's in an error state) mean there is "no problem"? Of course, they completely ghosted me after that.
  Thank god I paid with PayPal. I raised a dispute which I ended up winning with the exact same photos and videos. Never going to buy from them again.

  I think if you're going to post here as a Rep you've got to try a bit harder than that.

  Got a 10kg batch of their PETG and it's great stuff. Recommended.

  There was a delay of a week or two before it was shipped but that was part of the deal.

  Business seems to hold very little stock. Takes your money, provides no communication. I was eventually refunded after over 2 weeks.
  If you actually get what you ordered, good for you. My experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

  No issues with Kingroon. They ran out of rainbow filament and quickly emailed me to select another colour - which is fine as their filament is dirt cheap.

  No issues at all with their filament and works perfectly.

  They got my order and after 5 days sent me email that they don't have the colours what I needed and I requested cancellation but they ignored me for days and said, oh we already sent your order with filling up the missing colour with random colours and saying that if I pay 10kg more, they will try to get my prefer colour. What a joke.

  I would avoid if you actually want to choose the colours.

  Yesterday I ordered the 10KG deal also on OZBargain, emailed my preferred colours, an hour later they shipped my order.
  Today I got this email:

  "Dear Thealphamabet,

  Your order has been shipped, because you chose a mixed color package ,we did not get your email before shipping, so we have sent you a roll of each color, the specific color is as follows. Hope you understand:

  transparent color PLA 1
  Red PLA *2
  Orange PLA *1
  Green PLA * 1
  Blue PLA *2
  Yellow PLA1
  Gray PLA 1
  Silver PLA1
  "
  I needed white filament
  Now I am out $150 on fliament i don't need and I don't have the money to order more white filament.
  Seems like they don't really care and they just send out whatever they have in stock.
