Where Are The Desktop Deals?

Looking to buy a new desktop but can't find any deals on the common ozbargain sellers (techfast, bpc, nebula..).
Are there any other good deals here or elsewhere? any shortages or other reasons to be aware of?
Also, is it worth to wait for another 4090 laptop deals similar to the 3.3k Hp omen march offer or these are too rare to wait for?

      4070/4070ti gpu, 8c/16t cpu for around 2k. was eyeing the 5700x/4070ti techfast for 1788$ but though to wait a little bit and expired already
