Unless you don't live anywhere near a KFC or can't travel to one easily, there's no benefit in this as you will likely be waiting around for some cold chicken.
I don't live that far from a KFC, so these delivery deals are wasted on me.

I've changed my vote to a neg as their concept of free is different to most people.
Free delivery should mean the meal costs the same as pickup, $12.95, not the $14.45 they charge for delivery. Fake specials are the worst.
Makes a bit of sense with the food delivery apps since they're taking a cut of the restaurant's price so the restaurants increase it to compensate, makes 0 sense here when it's KFC themselves running everything.

If pick up and delivery had the same prices for the food then I would say it is decent, but that is not the case.
Hmm…me thinks that normally the food would be the same price, regardless of pick or deliver. However each KFC can charge different prices, so it looks like they had to choose a price for everyone, and that price is more than some restaurants. But probably the price that some others are normally charging.

Yeah nothing special. I don't use delivery. So much for christmas in july.. Looking at their other online 'deals' such as 3 nuggets for $3 or 2 wings for $3. I think kfc has lost the plot.. Ooh these so called deals to get you to sign up for an app etc get me angry; on a side note, my local 'roastie' takeaway joint in the mall had end of night specials - 4 boxes for $10- , I ask how much for just one? - $7 was their response..what am I a garbage disposal - I don't need 4..

Not a deal at all. Above 50% of humans generally have access to multiple KFC stores. I walk past one daily to attend work. If I want to buy an ultimate box, could buy one every day for $14.45. and the chance of that might be as little as 1/720 days…
I guess for comparison, and not saying it's a great deal either, but just to show how bad this is, you generally can get 2x large traditional pizzas from Domo Kun for around $16 pickup.. as opposed to this is just one burger and couple dregs on the side with a useless soft drink for $14.45…
