FWIW when I go to the sign up a page it's offering me $1 for the first month. But I'm not signed in.
In the past I've had issues with games either refusing to install, or refusing to run, and it's almost impossible to troubleshoot. They closed down the main work-around which was to bypass the gamepass client and install the games directly from the windows store. Also, in the past the games had graphics settings locked out meaning I was stuck with 60FPS with Vsync on and no way to change it. I think they may have changed this policy but it still left a bad taste in my mouth.
Calling it XBox Gampass for PC is just adding absurdity to insult to injury.
