The guy on the phone said I need to recharge for roaming for at least one day to trigger incoming SMS.
Anyone travel recently know if this is the case, on the 365 plan? I have sorted out a travel eSIM so I have no use for Kogan roaming pack (which includes data and calls etc).
On 365 prepaid, was ok to receive txt when I was overseas back in dec/jan, didn’t purchase additional recharge
