    Anyone else receive theirs yet ? Mine came totally crushed (absolutely destroyed). Son is going to cry if he sees it… its that bad, worst postage damage ive ever seen.

    Keen to get some help from anyone at banggood, have filed a ticket - but yer like help to get some traction please.

      My brother and I both ordered one, his came crushed and mine didn't. I couldn't believe it. My heart did sink a lot, he was more excited then I was, shared mine with him anyway but he did manage to get a full refund and they let us keep the crushed one. The base has a decent crack near one of the joints, can probably fix it with some strong glue and I managed to bend the chassis back into perhaps 65% of what it should be, the rest of it works fine. Not sure how bad yours is, but try to get money back, keep requesting it and try to fix what can be.

      Also excellent rc drift car, if you can get it here without it being crushed, that is. Will buy another.

      Yeah I had exactly the same issue. The box was ripped open upon arrival and car body was completely crushed. Was hoping that the car would still work but the motor doesn't run (even though steering works).

      I'm going through the process for a refund now. Will raise an ebay dispute if they don't sort it out soon

        Thanks to the rep here the customer support has promised a refund. Just waiting on it to hit paypal.

        I think the box is poorly packaged for transit. I hate foam, etc but some protection is required… even if it was thicker recycled cardboard. So good thing about the environmental friendly packaging just needs a bit of refinement for shipping.

          Just got the refund. Thanks again to rep for helping fix issue. Definitely keen to see an update on packaging (still eco friendly would be great, but with reinforcement of cardboard for shipping).
