Register Foxtel Go ID When I Have Foxtel

I have foxtel by Telstra

However, when I try and register with foxtel go, it doesn’t recognise my account number or foxtel serial number

Does anyone has any tips?

Don’t you use a username and password (never asked for an account number)? That’s what I use to use Foxtel go

    Yes, but in order to register for a foxtel username, I need to provide them with DOB and Account number or serial number

      And it doesn't work when you provide your info?
      Sounds like a Foxtel issue (not the first time) then, just try to get a hold of someone there and get them to set it up for you
