Is This a Good Deal? (HP Z440 E5-2680v3 M6000 12GB - $450)

Hi guys, just wondering if this would be a good deal?

I was mainly looking for a desktop/laptop deals for video editing/photoshop/gaming (if possible) but there aren't any competitive deals atm so I thought maybe to buy a cheap one that could last me a year or until a nice offer comes along. I could easily sell this back for ~$300 I would assume.

I was looking into the 3060ti-$799 and the 5700x/4070ti-$1788 Techfast deals, but both are expired.

Specs:
HP Z440
E5-2680v3 12C/24T 2.5Ghz
32GB Ram
512GB SSD
M6000 12GB

Price: $450

  Not really a gaming setup… is 799 really that much of a stretch from 450?

  Just give it a few more weeks, techfast deals and similar happen relatively often.

    yea I could do 799, but I already contacted them, no deals on the horizon.. plus it's been a while since they posted. Also, gaming is secondary, my main usage would be for video editing and photoshop.
