Do you mean Wednesday 19th July from 10am to Thursday 20th of July 1am, or 19th of July from 10am to 1pm…?

What's the chances of getting shanked around there? A friend's dad got bashed just sitting on the beach once, then another mate got stabbed while going there for ice cream. I think I'll forego a free pancake.

Brighton Le Sands is much more friendly
It is cheaper to flip one in the frying pan yourself at home.
Last time precovid they had it at Parramatta too, shame they're only offering at Brighton this time. I distinctly remember how I fell into a food coma shortly afterward due to how sickly sweet the pancakes were, they were drowned in melted chocolate. Was delicious but put me off chocolate for a couple months. Not complaining though, it was free!!!
