      Becaue it's such good value for the price you pay? I haven't wanted to buy any games on Xbox for a few years simply because of how many games Gamepass has. I quite often prefer indie titles, the only decent AAA games recently have been mostly made up of remakes of older games. Also the conversion from gold to ultimate is cheap lol

        Make sense if you prefer Indie titles. I only play AAA and I could find only 4 to 5 interesting ones. Like Forza, flight Sim, Plague tale, Atomic heart etc. Rest I didnt find interesting enough or already own them. So I gave them the 1$ try and didnt bother to renew because the moment I stop renewing, i lose access to those games.

        Also the gold to ultimate is coming to an end.

              @Mooncakes: Not so sure long term GamePass Ultimate is really that great, as prior to my 3 years of non-stop GamePass Ultimate (via Gold to GPU conversion), I was on $1/month deals about 3 times a year (with Microsoft Christmas - New Year $1 for 2 to 3 months being offered for 4 or 5 years in a row so far). So I went from $5 per year for 4-5 months of GPU to $40 a year for 12 months of GPU (which majority of months I don't really have time to play).

              Previously, Microsoft offered $1/month (new user) every time a key first party exclusive is released. Gears 4, 5, Forza Horizon 4, 5, Halo Infinite, etc…

        Until most people start paying RRP for GamePass Ultimate willingly, I am still cynical about GamePass Ultimate.

        I had GamePass Ultimate for 3 years (through Gold to Ultimate conversion). Once that ended, not willing to pay full price for GamePass Ultimate. After $120 over 3 years, once that ended, I only own a small number of XBox 360 games through that. Purchased Forza Horizon 5 Premium add-on to make life easier, but without GamePass, I cannot play it.

        Last 3 years, the noteworthy exclusives are: Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5, Flight Simulator. Forza Horizon 5, I paid $40 extra for the premium add-on to get the VIP pack and the expansion pack. We'll skip Redfall for the time being.

    I just want to note that there's a current bug with Crunchyroll streams where the last minute or two of an episode errors. I guess it doesn't matter too much if you usually skip EDs and next episode previews, but for those who do watch them or for when the episode goes right up to the end, it is very annoying. Hoping it gets fixed ASAP for everyone's sake.

    Xbox Gamepass app (I am on my android phone atm) Profile page -> Perks -> Show all, find the banner, 2nd one from top, tap to go in, tap Redeem button which turns into a hyperlink to goto crunchyroll.com. I assume with code embedded. Tap the big button to sign up, create account, enter credit card details…

    Man they are not making it easy to find and claim.

    Just got the 75 days free for CR and was wondering if CR is the best place to watch all these anime shows?

    I prefer to watch and not read so dubbed is the way for me. Was googling and found AnimeLab might be better?

    Thoughts on CR vs AnimeLab?

    Also just so a post about getting CR cheap with a VPN for a year but is there easy ways to get it cheaper then the price they state without doing all that VPN stuff etc?
