      I just had a chat with a sale's rep (Ivan) and asked the question on pickup (in Melbourne).

      He told me that the stock is only in Sydney Warehouse, and that I'd have to choose delivery (~$47).

      Not sure about pick-up from the Syd Warehouse tho, but I don't see it being an issue Encify…

        Delivery cost isn't too bad at $47. They want to charge me $97 for delivery to Central Coast (2250) less than an hour away from their warehouse.

    Anybody willing to share their experience assembling the chair and their impressions?

    Dont want to sound sour/grumpy but I found the assembly both confusing and frustrating. Firstly the pictogram instructions weren't detailed and it was hard to work out which screw/bolt was what or where it should go in the drawings. When I started to assemble it was hard to line the screws up or get them to bite into the installed fastenings - some were too long or too short for where they were supposed to go. After a lot of trial and error during which I realised there were multiple errors in the instructions I was left with two screws that didnt fit anywhere. Based on this build experience I am dubious about the longevity of the chair particularly at the original price.

      You had instructions? I didn't find any in the box at all. Luckily it was similar to my last chair so I have some experience in putting them together. Also each screw only seemed to fit where it needed to go.

      Every single screw I had went in to the chair. No extra screws.
      There was 3 to attach the back of the chair, 4 for the seat base and 3 for each chair arm.

        My instructions were in a plastic pouch stuck to the box like the con not and invoice. My main greeting was that the screws weren't labelled and that confused me some

    I had some trouble with the screws that went into the bse. Swapped them around and they worked fine.

    Feels pretty well built once all the screws are in

      There were no instructions but I figured it out because only one type of screw seemed to fit in every hole.
      I have mine all done now and it feels solid.
