Techfast PC Motherboard and BIOS Issue

I recently bought a techfast computer a coupple of weeks ago, it randomly froze and one day and required a power button restart. But when I turned it back on, the pcs rgb lights started changing colours again, it used to be just white. I tried downloading the allied gaming control centre thats meant to control the rgb but it doesnt work properly as my bois isnt updated. Does anyone know how to update the bios or motherboard? I cant seem to find anything online about the motherboard, and the bios settings are very barebones.

The motherboard is from Allied manufacturer and the product is called MBA320.

Thanks.

Please ask the rep @luketechfast. He has just posted a deal and is online. You don't want to flash an incorrect BIOS version and brick the board.

    Hi there,
We have replied to this query via email, please get back to us when you can.

  • Bios update is pretty easy - just google the motherboard and bios update (but get it from the manufacturers website - not some random)

  • if you flash your bios you may lose settings, like ram xmp/timings/seed & your boot config etc, if you dont know how to enable all of these features its not worth flashing a bios to just get white rgb back as you will lose performance/functionality

  • Could be dodgy RAM

  • I would run some benchmarks to try determine what's causing the crash, if its heat might need to re-paste CPU cooler or whatever the reason is.
Are you gaming? does the PSU have enough power to handle the graphics card?

updating bios is pretty risky if your not tech savvy, all bios settings will default also
