They're a good brand and that led is capable of that output, but it won't be long before it is thermo throttled, which is normal.

I've seen many reviews on this model which have been very positive. The max output briefly appears and has been found found to be a little less than stated. It would definitely be lower for the 4700-5300k version. At this price with a 21700 battery it's a good buy as its a quality product with a very high output for the form factor.
I have lots of flashlights with my best recent purchase being a Wurkkos TS22 which is somewhat in the same price range as this one. If you are considering this one or any other flashlight consider your needs, ie,
- Floody beam pattern or more of a thrower,
- flashlight body size and weight.
- Battery size and capacity
- Preferred tint, 4k, 5k 6k etc
- Modes and UI
- Quality
Finding the perfect match for you can be a challenge but there are lots of great options available at reasonable prices including this one.
I just ordered ts22 - I wanted a flooder to use on my EUC. Just looking at a video comparing sc33, ts22 and sp33s; the ts22 is the better flooder. The sc33 has a definite hot spot. As you say, it all depends what you want in a flashlight. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGTHPDLEicQ

Sofirn appears to be the same company as Wurkkos as their products are very similar. I've never purchased from the Sofrin site however delivery times from Wurkkos were very reasonable within 2 weeks if I recall correctly. I suspect Sofirn delivery times would be shorter for the free option they offer v Aliexpress, although if anyone else has an experience to share to confirm.
