    It's not the leanest protein but the 6g carbs, 2g of which is sugar, makes it more palatable like drinking a milkshake.

  I think BSN is more known internationally. Not sure if you can get BSc anywhere other than here (mostly in supermarkets, it's a known low quality brand)
