When will the laptop bags be available?
A: For online orders or in-store purchases made between Thursday 27/07/23 to 11.59PM AEST on Sunday 30/07/23 (whilst stocks last)
In-Store: Please take your receipt to the novelty counter in store to receive your free laptop bag
Online: Eligible orders will have the laptop bag included inside your parcel, please note your Free gift will not show on the checkout or order confirmation email. 

What are the dimensions of the laptop bag?
A: Width 35cm x  Height 26cm x Depth 2.5 (suitable for 13 inch laptop) 

Can I choose a specific colour?
A: Either a Blue or Aqua colour will be added to your online order at random. Unfortunately you can not request a specific colour for online orders. In store you can request when making your purchase depending on availability.

Can I keep the laptop bag if I return items from my order/purchase?
A: Absolutely, this is a gift from us to you and you are welcome to keep the laptop bag should you need to return your order.

Will the laptop bags be available in-store and/or online?
A: Yes, the laptop bags will be available at all of our stores including our online store.

If I use a coupon will I still be eligible for the giveaway?
A: Yes, as long as your items are valued $110 or more, even if a coupon is applied you will still be eligible for the giveaway (whilst stock last). 

How do I know if the laptop bags are still available?
A: Online Store: Stock will be allocated as orders are placed and will be until stocks last, we are unable to guarantee that you will be eligible and your laptop bag prior to placing your order as stock levels will be constantly changing. If you are eligible a laptop bag will be included on your tax Invoice and will also arrive with your parcel. 
In-store: Our store staff will be able to advise you of stock availability at the time of purchase

      From the photo above it looks like a flimsy $10 Officeworks neoprene sleeve and in an ugly colour. Ask yourself, if you saw it in Officeworks would you even pick it up?
