    The DRM-free version is currently on sale for $19.99 at GOG.com (https://www.gog.com/en/game/rise_of_the_triad_ludicrous_edit…). However, this does not come with Steam Workshop (https://steamcommunity.com/app/1421490/workshop/) support.

    Of all the games based on the Doom engine, this was the least successful. For atmosphere, design and playability Heretic was the one that never needed to be discounted to sell. This attempt was pretty much pushed out of the door as a clearance sale a few weeks after release.

      This is based on the Wolfenstein 3D engine. Just sayin'. I think this game while not as popular has the most outrageous weapons of them all.
