Just wondering where is a good place to get it for cheap?

      Because OP is being polite, it saves others from looking up his/ her location. Be a bit pointless for example if I recommended the little deli down the road, and I live in Brisbane.

        Well, the polite thing you can do then is courier the light mozzarella cheese that your little local deli must surely have (no proper deli would carry 'light' anything) over to Liverpool NSW for OP's consumption, post-haste!
