However item did arrive but there is no leave feedback option

LOL, if you bought a used product that's completely unfair for the seller, unless you bought it from a shop with an ABN that legally has to provide a warranty, tough luck champ.

It was brand new and would have been an easy warranty return for any store.

I wouldn't be buying a TV off eBay, I'd be going to a store like JB or Harderly Normal.
You only have 60 days to leave feedback from what I remember.

Are you using a computer or the phone app? The choices are very limited in a phone app.
If the item has not arrived is your only option then use that option.
Side question - Has anyone has issue bringing up ebay chat? It constantly said cannot connect to agent..
