        Yep only using the app for both CR and SB is an absolute must. Never had any issues since I started doing that.

    Last time I placed a BWS order it tracked fine and Cashrewards still decline the payment.

    I'm quickly losing the desire to use this service.

    My CR BWS cashback for May was approved, the July one still pending. I haven't really had any issues since disabling ad blocker on all shopping sites used for cashback.

      Picked up my order already. Beeped on the way out, both bottles still had security devices on them. Got a free bws carry bag and my 4yo took a pear and mandarine from the free fruit for kids pile. Bargain!

      Mine tracked just now via the app (the Cashrewards app that is, not the BWS app). Make sure you're not using WiFi

          It tracks better if you have it turned off and use mobile data instead.

      Mine hasn't tracked after 2.5 hours via the CR app (using mobile data).
      First time I've had an issue, maybe it'll track later today. Weird.

    Tracks but very long approval date like 6 months and then declined.
    BWS is the only cr problem i have had.

    Well, mine's tracking much slower than usual (using Chrome on the desktop, which usually works without issue). Ordered a bottle of Cardhu an hour ago but no tracking action. Usually takes a few minutes.
