How do they compare to hellofresh and youfoodz (i know only yf are premade) in terms of taste and portion sizes?

  Chef Good is definitely better taste and quality than Youfoodz, portion sizes are about the same as the standard Youfoodz portion.
  
  I've been happy to get Chef Good from time to time when they have decent promos like this, I might even take this one up.
