For those that have transferred their Citi Rewards to Velocity recently - how long has it taken for the Velocity points to show up in your account? I've done it about a week ago but still haven't seen anything come thru (in the past it's pretty much come thru in about a business day).
The official timeline is about 15 business days but I'm afraid the reward flights I'm after might be all gone by then :(
Gah I thought as much. I've rung them up but they just quote the max turnaround time so they won't look into it any further
Usually 48 hours for me, although it was slower when the recent points booster offer was on.
Overnight for me, but that was in May.
I did one a few weeks ago (around 90k citi points) got it within 48 hours.

Any advice on what I can do guys? Any one else been in a similar position? I have tried contacting both Citi and Velocity but both pointing to the other and saying it's still not been time yet so can't raise an investigation :(
How long did it take you in the end? I'm in a similar position at the moment.
Took about week and half all up - wouldn’t cut it so close next time. Citi/NAB were also not keen to lodge any tickets to figure out if there was an issue in the backend because the official timeline said 15 business days. Hope yours come thru soon!

Normally only a day or so for me.
I've done dozen's of transfers (manual and auto) and it's never taken a week. You should probably follow up with them.
