10kg Black PLA 3D Printing Filament $118.14 ($115.36 eBay Plus) Delivered @ Kingroon3dprinter eBay

400
JAU15JAU17

Another decent deal for those looking to stock up. eBay promo ends today.

Non-Plus users can use JAU15 for 15% off, which is still a decent deal.

I have used their PETG in a previous deal and it printed fine without any issues.

/u/shamit has pointed out that if you don't mind random colours, you can buy two of the 5-packs for a total of $98.59 ($100.97 without eBay Plus) here: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/155515203527 This deal appears to have been removed.

  • $18 delivery to WA.

If you want to roll the dice on colour there is also this for $113.54 (Plus)

it's cheaper to buy the 5pack, even when buying 10 rolls. 2x random 5 packs with the voucher comes in at under $100, as you get an additional 15% discount when buying more than one

      • Good spot, i'll add it to the description.

        • I wonder if you get mixed colours or all one random colour.

          • @bamzero: Hard to say, you’d be entirely at their mercy unfortunately.

Was gonna suggest you can try messaging, but the deal ends today so you may not get a response back in time.

          • +1

@bamzero: My experience ordering a 10kg mix pack from kingroon website was 5 random colours 2 spools of each. Red, Yellow, Purple, Green and Orange.

          • +1

@bamzero: I got a 10kg mixed recently that was all different colours.

      • You stole my thunder. :)

      • showing as $100 delivery to seq

        • 5KG for $54.77 using code JAU17 - Tempting.

          • @BewareOfThe Dog: this is what i grabbed. nice to have some random colors available, and hard to go past that price

      • They appear to have removed the 15% when buying more than 1 now, so it comes to $109.54

    • Funny enough delivery is $18 in GC but $100 in Brisbane with ebayplus. Going for the 5random rolls

Edit: it adds double the shipping cost when clubbed two together as advised above unfortunately for GC. And $200 for Brisbane!

  • Cheers OP! Solid deal! will keep me up for the next year :P

Anyone in Melb north wants to share? I only need two or three

    • +2

I'm in Mount Waverley and can split two your way (I'm going halves with someone). Let me know.

    • +2

PM Sent — are you buying or do you want me to buy and share you a couple?

      • @pinchies to the rescue!

    • Thanks mates. Mt Waverly is a bit of a drive for me at the moment.
      PM sent.

  • Not the most comfortable foam roller

  • I've had great experience with the kingroon coloured PLA and am looking for a good black (my creality spool was absolute dog crap). But 10kgs is a lot of filament if it ends up not being good.
    Anyone with experience?

[edit: nvm - trying to charge $100 for shipping to Brisbane. even with ebay Plus. No thanks!

    • Not sure where in Brisbane you are but for Albion it's saying $18 for shipping.

      • Really? Not for me. Tried 4000 too and showing $100.
Looks to be a bug for brisbane postcodes. Gold Coast (4200) is free. Even Hayman Island (4801) is only $18.

    • Haven't tested their PLA but black and white PETG are quite good.

  • Anyone around Bundaberg looking to split?

  • Never tried Kingroon before, I usually use eSun or Meta3D, how does this compare if anyone has used these brands? Is this PLA+ or just straight PLA?

  • Anyone around inner city Sydney wanting to split? I only want a couple.

so what to print?? may be a 3d printed house?

  • Yeah… tried to charge me $100 shipping to Brisbane, will pass thanks

  • Just got the last 5 pack

What are you folk printing… since CASA stopped my drone/quad/hex days I've just printed Vases, bowls and junk… oh and some speakers which turned out AWESOME but was a lot of work https://ibb.co/8mmQHTR
    https://ibb.co/BwVKBxm.

    • +1

Those speakers look great, I've been printing mostly functional stuff. From another comment I've made on ozbargain

I've printed post caps, headphone holder, a clamp to hold heated blanket controls on the bed frame, bbq knobs, a little clip to fix a hose connection that kept coming undone because the spring in the hose end was rusted, driver bit holders, adapters for battery power tools to use batteries I own, three different belt holsters for knives, fixed a hair clipper by printing a part that had broken, usb C phone port covers, decorative vases, a replacement drive belt for a small electric appliance, a mouthpiece cover for a hydration pack, a replacement secateur adjustment wrench.

My latest project is spool holders for another dry box for my order of PETG from Kingroon

i just got a message from the shop asking if i wanted to chose colours, both my 10kg and 2x5kg options they asked if i wanted a specific colour! so far impressed with their service! Bellow is their message to me

    kingroon3dprinter:

Hello, my dear friend, thanks for your order,

We have other colours filament in stock now, we are willing to send other colours filament to you if you need them, please give me a message before we send black filament to you,

White, black, grey, red, green, blue, yellow, silver, orange,

    Have a good day

    • Same. I asked for 2kg of 5 different colours. They happily obliged.

For those that missed out… TCH20 works for 20%off. Sunlu filament is also part of that sale if you prefer that.

  • Received my order today, one of my spools was underweight (using a previous spool to tare).
    Just FYI, weigh your spools.
