Superloop nbn Referral Benefits Changes

On July 26th Superloop transferred its customers to the "SuperHub – your new self-serve portal."

In doing this, they changed everyone's referral code to a new one as well as the Name of the Platform to Free with Friends

If you login to the new platform you will confirm if you had any active referrals that these have not come through

I contacted Chat , who asked me to call up , and their support had to transfer these manually in the backend

So if you think you had any active referrals I would call up superloop support to get these moved across to the new system

      Don't want customers to know about all the congestion on the network.

        Never had congestion on my CVC, was never at capacity, even during peak times.

          My folks are on Superloop and there is congestion EVERY Saturday night according to the CVC graphs.

            @jv: Yeah I have no doubt. I am/was very lucky where I am. Hoping it stays like that.

            Edit: I just logged in to the SuperHub. I still have the graphs..
