Looks like HJ could be the new McDonald's regarding to posting on Ozbargain..
I thought all those vouchers expired on 1st September anyways.

Ahem… Not true. I know of two that were.
Oh - and HJ should inform their own staff next time they have a comp/deal. Neither store I visited understood anything about it - even though they had the posters plastered all over the store.

not only lost a load of money on this promotion from your own incompetence and by trying to take the cheapskates way out by making the customer print there own voucher rather than sending them out legit vouchers, but also bad publicity for you and the original promoters of this "deal" by this legal action towards ozbargain because of your incompetence which im sure has angered many people who frequent this web site.
hungryjacks, ESPN and footytips.com (the original promoters) maybe next time you think about doing a voucher like this you will use a little brain power first rather than trying shut the gate after the horse has bolted. im sure just like me, everyone who wants to use this free voucher already has it saved so removing it from here only serves to envoke the streisand effect ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Streisand_effect )
FYI for everyone else with the voucher, the expiry date on the voucher is 30th sep, so still the rest of this month to continue using it.
Do note that there's no legal action against ozbargain (yet). I received the email from Hungry Jacks on 6 Sept and have only taken the post down preemptively in case they take legal action. We did receive one email from a web developer at footytips on 15 Aug and did nothing as there was no threat.
Has a legal precedence been previously set for online linking to vouchers? lol
hi tried to use the voucher on 20th and Hungry Jack refused to take it, said they are not allowed to take any voucher with a name on it????

Hungry jacks burgers are terrible anyway, I'd only begrudgingly eat a free one.

I struggle to think on what basis HJs thinks they had the power to commence proceedings or get any type of take-down order or to enjoin OB from publishing the coupon.
