Hi guys, what are solid/reliable options for robot vacuum + mop right now?
Plenty of options on the market but wanted to see if people have recommendations based on their own experiences, or even those I should avoid.
I have bamboo floor boards throughout the house (double story).
Happy to pay the price for a quality product.
EDIT: have a double storey place. No pets.
definitley not a Viomi Alpha S9 UV - but if you want hat model , i would not recommend Panmi as a seller.
I dont own one yet but I've spending the past few weeks doing some research and Roborock seem to be the Rolls Royce of robot vacuums. Would recommend watching a channel called Vacuum Wars on Youtube for reviews.
Roborock S8 plus here and so far so good (8 months). Had the deebot N8 plus prior and returned it.
How's the mopping?
Seems OK though I do have to prewet the pad everytime.

Won't remove scuffs/stains that require a large amount of pressure to remove but is good enough for a basic clean
what sort of floors do you have? does it leave water marks/stains?

no water streaks
can detect when on carpet so it doesn't apply the mop
been wanting to get one for awhile.. just wondering how much my cats will want to destroy it.
Another vote for roborock. My S7 Plus is going great, one cat, clean three times a week. Have a few reusable mop pads, just replace the one on the robot every week then wash them every few weeks. I wish it had obstacle avoidance, but I don't really need it, very occasionally it will get stuck on a sock or something though.

I mean it’s not bad, I think it works pretty damn well but I guess the newer models have better mops, and it’s nowhere near as good as a manual mop. I do appreciate that raises and lowers automatically - my house is like 50/50 wood floors and carpet
Doing a bit more research on this, I do like the concept of a model which will wash the mop pads - for a just-about complete hands free experience. This will also ensure that the same dirty mop pad is not mopping the whole area/house as you would be able to programme the robot to go clean the mop pads on a set interval.
Which puts my options as:
1) Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
2) Roborock Q Revo
3) ECOVACS DEEBOT T20 OMNI
4) ECOVACS DEEBOT X1 OMNI (does not have auto mop lift)
5) ECOVACS DEEBOT X1 TURBO (does not have auto mop lift)
Then based on the prices, I think it becomes a toss up between the Q Revo and the DEEBOT T20 OMNI.
Thoughts?
May I know what you bought, after all research? And price point?
Also interested. Most reviews take prices into account, and the US price is so different to here that it makes the decision making very different.

i recently got a ECOVACS Deebot T10 Plus after my Uoni V980Plus just died out of the blue and I returned it back to amazon and got a refund.
its so much more powerful and the mopping is actually somewhat okay.
