flikgift have another free $5 Amazon card

you need a Facebook account also its a bit hit and miss as they are quick to disable accounts, I can't use it as they have disabled my account from last time.

      FlikGift was actually banned previously for sockpuppeting, but the ban has subsequently expired. They are one of the startup companies from Pollenizer (who founded Spreets and sold it to Yahoo7), so might be too "zealous" with their online marketing.

        ah kay thanks for clearing that up scotty. Yeah but you can't blame them or else they'd get a lot of people making billions of fake accounts like I read in the other post.

      I didn't post as a deal because Flikgift going by past deals have a habit of banning people who join for their free vouchers.
      So to me its not really a deal but a case of hit and miss on if they ban you or not.

    Talked to the FlikGift guys yesterday at SydStart. Basically,

    • OzBargain users are notorious for creating fake Facebook accounts to claim the gift cards. I think they have the right to block those users.
    • The purpose FlikGift is so you can sign up and gift your friends (on their birthday for example), and they hoped people would give more than just the card value. I don't think it would run well with OzBargainers (putting more money into the gift card).
    • Good thing coming out of it — at least they got a chance to stress test their site and have proper fraud test in place :)

    I got mine! The amazon code they give can be applied directly to your gift card balance on your amazon account - no need to buy anything. Sweet… that's enough for an ebook or two…

    I then tried using my other facebook account and got banned. Lol..
