Yeah I am getting the same. I get this one a lot with Gleam.
Seems like something Musk has done in the back end as it must count towards their 'daily read count'
Unfortunately is means you're entering "too many" competitions. The way it works is that Gleam gets authorisation and asks your twitter to read the tweet and/or follow. You're only limited to so many per month per day now unless you want to pay. This also takes into account any likes, tweets and reading other tweets you do through the actual site and/or app. Musk and his game. I don't understand it. Let us spam our entries please.

It looks like it may actually be the Gleam side. Well Twtter/X wanting payment from them…
From the Gleam Twitter account - We’re aware of some issues with Twitter Actions, unfortunately the Follow endpoint was depreciated without warning & Twitter now wants $42k/month per 1M lookups - we’re working on a fallback currently.
@BillyStm: You can now enter manually which they said they would try to incorporate into their entries, click 'Already Followed' and type your handle/username.
I'm guessing they just need to manually verify the drawn winners Twitter actions now
@BillyStm: Thanks Billy. Looks like I was wrong. This has happened to me a few times with gleam but went away and after reading about it I thought it was the user that was the authorisation.
