I have six weeks of leave banked up and would like to take it in one go to spend a bit of time in one continent.
Should I use the 6 weeks in South America or Europe? Would love to hear from people who have been to both continents.

Budget plays a factor
Europe is (or can be) pricey when you’re there (esp. Western Europe)
South America is pricey to get to but easier to travel on the cheap
Being realistic, there's no wrong decision here. Flip a coin, let fate decide …
