    Got offered a code BONUS10 for future orders via app - Doesn't appear to be limited to the first order. Thought I'd leave it here in-case SHOPAPP doesn't work for someone.

    Despite adhering to the terms by downloading the MyDeal App and applying the SHOPAPP code for the stipulated $10 discount, we did not receive and never able to get the promised EXTRA $10 discount, which is an additional benefit specifically highlighted for App users.

    We kindly urge MyDeal to address this inconsistency promptly to maintain the integrity of the offer. Failure to resolve this matter satisfactorily may lead us (ozbargainers, etc.), as valued customers, to escalate the issue by reporting it to regulatory bodies such as the ACCC and relevant authorities like the Senate Select Committee for further investigation. We anticipate a swift resolution to prevent any escalation or negative publicity. We appreciate MyDeal's offer and trust they will promptly address this concern.
