Looking for a Small Form Factor Wireless Mouse + Keyboard

Hi guys,

I have recently begun working from home and am on the lookout for a reliable and small form factor wireless mouse and keyboard (combo) to attach to my work laptop.

Having used a wired mouse and keyboard for the past few days, I've gotten sick of all the wires dangling around (as is the case with almost everyone else) and occupying two separate USB ports both for the mouse and the keyboard.

My work desk doesn't have a lot of space hence the reason why I am looking for something small. I also don't need the separate numeric section on the right found on most keyboards.

Would be good if the mouse and keyboard comes with the option for both Bluetooth and USB connection just to free up some ports if required.

I've looked at a few Logitech combos like the ozBargain deal from a while back which I wish was still around:

Not available at BigW anymore but Logitech is selling it on their website for RRP $144.90 (https://www.logitech.com/en-au/products/combos/k380-m350-key…)

Also looked at this:

^ This one doesn't have bluetooth but that's not one of my concerns.

I do however, also have a Macbook Pro 2020 which doesn't have any USB A ports and might want to connect to it from time to time so would be good to have Bluetooth if possible.

Open to any other suggestions from any other companies.

Thanks

    • The keyboard you can pair with 3 BT devices, as per function keys.

I have the keyboard, and I hate typing on it. But it will suit your use case.

To achieve same functionality with a smaller Logitech BT Mouse, suggest the M270 Triathlon

That way you can connect KB and Mouse to both computers via bluetooth, no need for dongle

  • +1

You might regret getting such small devices later on, they are not ergonomic.

  • I got a Keychron K1 and a Logitech g304, good compact combo at a decent price.

  • You use a Mac? Then the Apple Magic Mouse & Magic Keyboard. Both wireless, charge over lightning. Beautiful devices.

    • That’s my personal device I don’t connect it to the monitor often so I don’t really need an Apple mouse/keyboard was mainly on the lookout for something small for my work laptop which is windows and gets connected to a monitor. Maybe once in a while if I ever feel like using my MacBook with a monitor then I’d use a separate mouse or keyboard that’s why I was looking for something with Bluetooth

      • They are Bluetooth and can still work with Windows.
