Hey ozb fam, if you are a member of Extra subscriber, you may be in luck if you haven’t receive this month’s FREE item perk notification, whether via email or in app.

I just called them earlier and enquired about the whereabouts of the offer since it’s been mid month and still nothing. The CS person proceeded with letting me know that there is a technical glitch causing this, so as a gesture of goodwill he preemptively offered me manual 2k pts without even me asking any compensation yet.

    Did anyone receive their free extra perk this month? Not sure if it should be every month but I didn't receive anything

      Hey mate I havent. I was going to contact them again for potentially another free 2k pts mid month but kept forgetting. Thanks for reminding me and i’ll do it now and update on result 👍

          Called out their glitch and wouldn’t compensate me with some free points, claiming their perks doesn’t specify any given date, so it could land on any part of the relevant month. And this month’s perks came delayed late due to last month delayed as well.
          I reckon i called out on their glitch and they BS me saying it is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. 🖕
