Looking for Food Processor Recommendations

I am in the market for a decent home food processor. Our typical use includes grinding soaked chickpeas (for falafel), chopping nuts and dates (for date balls) and slicing vegetables. I am thinking nothing less than 1000w will do. I am looking to spend no more than 250 if possible. Any recommendations?

Has anyone used the Kenwood multi pro and can recommend?

I have been using the original bellini intelli kitchen master with success so far (does get warm and require a rest sometimes with dates) but it has finally died 9 years after purchase.

  • bellini intelli kitchen master

I've got one of these knocking around somewhere, is it really worth using?

    • It did the job when needed to make the foods I mentioned above. I have stopped using it to make hot food a long time ago, but you should be able to make any thermomix meal if you want to.

  • Whatever you can find cheap on facebook marketplace nearby.

Food processors are one of those kitchen items some people buy, use a few times then shove in the cupboard never to be seen again. Good marketplace fodder.

    • No warranty then though

    • At 350W, do you find it powerful?

      • Yeah we find it good. You could look up some reviews and see what others say.
