  Never bought perfume from Amazon but the Chemist Warehouse variants of Marc Jacobs Daisy aren't as fragrant or lasting as DJ's or Myers'. Has anyone tried buying fragrances from Amazon and can share if they are just as good as the ones from brick and mortar shops?

    Found the exact same with a bottle of Bleu de Chanel I bought from Ultra Beauty (CW’s sister site for ‘luxury’ brands) - super salty about it because I only saved like $30

    Thanks for the comment.. never bought from CW ..always Myer or Duty Free ..I shall stick to that I think . With perfumes there are too many fakes around.. I appreciate a cheaper homage/clone that smells like the original but a fake is something else

      Do you really think anyone on here is really going to pay $149 instead of $60 for the same thing?

      I've bought plenty of fragrances from chemist Warehouse. Most of them are the older cheaper ones (issey, hugo, etc) and have found them to be fine. Always worth testing but agree there could be minor discrepancies with batches but doubt they would be allowed to sell fake fragrances.

      PS. Really like MB Explorer, the last one I picked up at CW for $70.

    Such an important point. CW and discount perfume stores often have much older bottles of the fragrance so the scent is noticeably different/weaker in my experience. Interested to see about Amazon.

    Could you be buying Eau de Toilette instead of Eau de Parfum? Toilette is more watered down than Eau de Parfum.

  I've been eyeing this EDT for ages. Always been at this price IIRC. It's the 200ml that's a great deal on CW. But never available for sale online and not found it anywhere in store near me in sydney.

  This is the normal price at CW for 100ml. Has been as low as $49.99 before but not for a while. The 200ml bottle is much better value if you can ever find it in stock.
