Foster's T-Shirt in Blue

The 30% off seems to be a part of their Afterpay discounts, but the info on when it ends is clearly wrong.

I have a few of their other loose fit tees and the quality can be hit or miss through different sizes, mainly length wise (apparently width wise too, according to the reviews). Definitely not worth $40 or whatever they try to sell them as, can't complain at this price though. Mainly use these for skating in or doing work outside. I could've sworn their free shipping was over $60 spent at one point. Oh well.

This is part of Father's Day deals for 2023.

The beer none of us drink around here.

Normalise wearing beer merch that you're not a fan of, it works for band merch!

Makes sense why they're dirt cheap and in abundance though.

I have the xs size and it's very small, but enough about my honeymoon. I'm going to wait till the Moet thongs are on clearance.

Might snag a few for when I really need to strive for classy.
Excited to wear this to V8 Dirt Mods racetrack, the pokies and the odd family funeral.

  • So I think Fosters is made in China now or something? But I'd still argue these are a little less cheesier than wearing an Australia flag shirt when overseas to let others know you might be Australian. Grabbed a bunch in all sizes for the move abroad and as random gifts for those family members overseas. Thanks OP, good find!

Freight costs from China would add too much to the price. CUB is owned by Asahi, Japan. CUB brews in different breweries throughout Australia AFAIK.

Note that Coopers is the largest Aussie owned brewer.

      • Well that's awesome to know!

Also glad AB inBev sold CUB before they decided to stir the sh*t.. 😅

The beer Australians stopped drinking when they heard Brits drunk it 😂

  • Could this pass as smart casual?

      Maybe.
      Definitely intellectual laid back though.

What more could the Bali regulars ask for? Oh, a singlet version.

As a pro wrestling fan you should know that all you need is scissors to turn it into a muscle tank, brother!

    • American words for things are usually really stupid (like "pot stickers") but the one they get right is "wife beaters" LOL.

American here. Can %100 confirm we were told the only thing you drank were these giant cans. CM: "Fosters, it's Australian for beer."

      I’ll just have a coffee.

Same from the UK. Old Paul Hogan flogging the Fosters.

Fosters… It's Australian for goat urine.

Why is everything oversized at the moment, I just want clothes that don’t look like tents on me 😫

    • Size down on oversized and size up on cropped? 😅

But actually, someone above mentioned the small is very small, so I'm a little worried now an "oversized" L might somehow equal a medium? 😅

    • +1

I do prefer the oversize/box fit for skateboarding, but these, at least some of the other loose fit tees that I bought from Cotton On are a little closer to a "relaxed fit" IMO. If that helps any.

    • fashion brands dictate trends to make money. if clothing styles and fits don't change they don't make money..

oversized is awful. Hated it in the 90's, hate in now…

      • Oversized is good for bigboiz.

They don't have to worry about nailing the actual sizing. 😉

    Is this a joke post?

  • why

  • thanks

  • Is this some hipster ironic thing? Like American hipsters wearing Pabst Blue Ribbon t-shirts?

    • Possibly. I haven't heard or seen the word hipster in about 10 years… major flashbacks. Live and let live, I say.

For my American friends: This is a joke, of course

At $10.50 may as well go to Kmart. They have several shirts with prints like Indiana Jones, places in America, etc for $10. Then they have the cheaper plain ones about $7. I bought a few t-shirts there last week with prints (some American garage on them) they were clearing them for change of season at $2 each.

    • You can either buy one poopy print here or one poopy print there. The choice is so hard!

Seriously though, 2 bucks is a steal.
