MBC/StartHere relationship with iReward?

I've just been trying to use iReward for the last couple of weeks and during that period have seen the cash back deals "under review and offline for a week". It's been at least two weeks and I don't know how long before that as I haven't check regularly. Is iReward still operating?

This iReward experience prompted me to consider going "back" to MBC, and lo and behold I can see how behind the times I am as they have now become StartHere. Does StartHere have any relationship with iReward?

I'm pretty disappointed as when I first looked at signing up for a deals cashback program (2010) I was going to sign up to MBC but the site at the time strongly suggested signing up with iReward as plans were in place to either effectively merge operations or offer same services. It now looks like joining StartHere would disadvantge me as the cashback benefit rates are much lower for non grandfathered MBC users.

Does StartHere have anything to do with iReward?
