    I've never found Appliances Online to be that cheap, in fact they can be more expensive.

      I've got them to price match every time. In the evening (WA time) was no trouble, sounded like the call went to a mobile phone. I told them where the price was (website details), they looked it up and created and invoice. Delivery within the next few days.

      I always use them, even after moving to a country town. Delivery within a few days for free and take away the old appliance. Bosch Series 8 washer and dryer, Fisher and Paykel fridge, and a Chiq standalone freezer. Cannot fault them, especially when most of our local stores have limited / old stock at high prices with no free delivery. Often sent $20 discount vouchers. So perhaps you've been unlucky but they've been great.

        Not a price match in the true sense of the word, but last year I had my eye on a Bosch Series 6 dryer. I saw it was on sale at Appliances Online, but decided to see if I could get the local stores to match/beat it. None of them would, but the price had gone back up at AO by the time I'd done that. Jumped on their chat and asked the question and they gave it to me for about $10 less than the previously discounted price.

      We renovated our kitchen last year, got winning appliances to make me a good price and called appliances online to price match/beat:
      They matched every single item and even undercut winning appliances on some. Definitely worth calling!
