            @bcarp: USB-C is the physical form factor, which supports many interfaces, including (but not limited to) Thunderbolt 4. Although Thunderbolt 3 and 4 always come in form of USB-C, not every USB-C implements Thunderbolt.
            To sum up, USB-C as a physical form factor does support the bandwidth, but particular device may be limited by the interface which is used.

    Typically with these things, this would do one monitor at 4k 60hz, but no second monitor.
