We are searching for a great convection microwave under $300 for our kitchen.
must be able to be used as and oven and also a microwave.
Please suggest one for us. There seem to be so many different kinds of microwaves out there now which is totally confusing us.
Please provide me with some model numbers to check out
so you think I may need to adjust my budget?
Choice rated the Kmart convection microwave near the top of its list last year. Maybe I’m biased because I own one, but I would imagine it would be diminishing returns… it’s genuinely been great. I use the oven maybe once a month.
If money were no object, I’d go for the Breville Combi Wave - link - currently on sale for $649 at most places.
I like it because of how it looks, and matches the rest of my breville appliances (same finish, same buttons, even the screens are the same shade of blue - it warms my OCD heart)
But is it 4x better than the Kmart one I already have? I can’t see how it could be - they’re fundamentally the same thing
I’m surprised to hear you say there are so many different kinds available to you, when realistically there would be less than half a dozen convection microwaves available for under $300.
With that said, I’ve had this for around 6 months and it’s been great. Can’t beat the price either.
