I was looking for a new reverb pedal and the UA Golden Reverberator looks (and sounds) like the best one available on the market right now for my needs. I saw that Belfield Music had dropped the price on them at the moment and with the 15 or 17% extra off from eBay it's a pretty good deal.

They have the same deal for other UA pedals too, like the Astra modulation pedal, the Starlight delay, and their "amp in a box" pedals like the Dream 65 Fender Reverb.

  I'm always amazed by people that can differentiate tones/sounds so well. For me most reverb sound like reverb and distortion like distortion.

    With some things like overdrive differences can be very subtle sometimes, but with reverb the difference can be massive. I hate my current Boss RV-6 pedal and can't wait to get my hands on this UA one.

      You're right generally speaking, but the RV6 is pretty good.

        Plate reverb is a go-to effect for me and the plate on the rv6 is pretty awful and unnatural to my ears. That's the main reason I dislike the pedal.
        The modulated reverb on it is quite nice.

  Have seen a few discounts on these. I think it may be due to the new UA pedals with dual effects like the galaxy and del-verb. Would love the Galaxy!

    Yeah, I thought the same. The galaxy and the delverb both look like great pedals. If I was to get one of their delays though I think it would be the Starlight.

    Hah, wow. That was a longshot — searching for UAFX here on Ozbargain. I'm glad it paid off for you. I was tossing up between a Golden and a Blue Sky too. I can't wait to slap that golden boy onto my pedalboard when it gets here. I hope you enjoy the pedal if you grab one.
