Best Value Touch Screen Laptop around $800- $1200

I'm on the market for a new touch screen laptop as my current laptop is struggling.

I'm open to buying new or refurbished. I'm looking for:

16gb ram, 512ssd, 12th or 13th gen processor (open to an 11th gen processor if there is a good argument for it). I will use it mainly at home so I'm not too concerned about battery life or portability.

I will be using it mainly for emails, word docs, browsing, netflix, etc. Possibly some light photo editing from time to time, but nothing crazy. I value the touch screen feature and have a pretty strong preference for it.

The best I have found so far is the Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 for $959 with the current sale.

hmmm it depends if you can live with 45%NTSC

  • There are a lot of 14" at that price range. Did you want something bigger? As per what you have recommended.

    • 14" is fine (preferable actually). But I'm not particularly fussed about size.
