Anyone has past experience deal with Samsung EPP Store customer support. It is hopeless to wait for a solution from them.
I feel like their customer support doesn't train properly, they try to lie on something very obvious… There is something wrong on their EPP store, when adding the product to the cart, the price is incorrect. But they just try to point the finger to someone else without actually want to solve the problem.
Any suggestions?

  • Samsung support in general is shit. I doubt EPP is any different.

  • They are call centres in Phillipines. They can raise cases create tickets. But they don't have a lot of power themselves to resolve them. They have no direct contact with the people that can actually resolve issues. Which would be the Samsung staff in the offices. When they lost my Fold 4 phone. It took 100 days for me to reach the staff in the Sydney office and that was by emailing executives and staff I found on linkedin.
