      Looks more like a marketplace for scams.

      If a buyer is unhappy and item looks nothing like the final product, will it also take you 4 attempts to supply a real address to ship back the item and will you force the buyer to pay for return shipping as well? Only for the return to not be accepted and item returned back all the way from China?

      This business is so dodgy. Bought a painting but when it arrived it looked nothing like the advertised image. Visa and lightinthebox made me pay to ship it back to China before they would refund me. Address was dodgy 4 times before a real address was provided. To top it off they didn’t even except the return and the painting came all the way back to me from China.

      I hate this company for ripping me off and costing Australia post for shipping both ways

        similar to the IEM's i bought off Ali Express from a "deal" here a few months back.

        • bought direct on KZ's (manufacturers) Ali store
        • delayed shipping (x2)
        • finally turns up from a LOCAL address 30 minutes away
        • DOA
        • contact KZ on Ali, local drop shipper replies, tells me "if you dont like it, send it back to China" (not paraphrasing)
        • contact Ali
        • Finally get response from actual KZ asking me to return to China - given a address so ludicrous that when i check it with Aus Post they laugh at it
        • Explain how im happy to return to sender on package, 30 minutes away
        • Get told i have to return it to China ($40+ postage for their DOA crap)
        • Weeks of back and forth with Ali, finally they see the light that no sane person would spend and lose $40 to return something to China, when the senders address is 30 minutes away in same city.
        • Refunded
        • Closed Ali account moments later
        • Happier life….
