I'd like to add, just used my card in Cambodia with BRED, Vattanac and PPC banks each want $4 USD transaction fee but was never charged on my CITI Plus card.
ABA wants $6 USD Per Transaction unsure if charged
Canadian bank $5 USD Per Transaction unsure if charged
BIDC Bank $5 USD Per Transaction unsure if charged
What does that mean?
