[iOS,Android] ReciMe: Recipe Keeper & Website Importer $0, Premium Sub $4.99/year (90% off, iOS Only) @ Google/Apple App Stores

80

I’m a co-founder of ReciMe app and I want to help you (1) organise your recipes and (2) find recipes with ingredients you have in your cupboard! The app features and offerings are different for iOS and Android, see below:

For iOS:
ReciMe is free to download from the Apple app store. The 90% discount is for the premium subscription which allows you to (1) upload unlimited recipes to your private cookbook (great if you have secret recipes or just want a place to store them) and (2) import unlimited recipes from websites and blogs. To access the discount, click on the link and this will open up the offer. In addition to storing and importing recipes, you can create cookbooks and automate your shopping lists.

For Android:
ReciMe is completely free to download on Google play, no in app purchases or ads.

I’m always looking for feedback to improve the app, so feel free to drop any comments. Or if you’re enjoying the app, I would be so grateful if you could give the app a review.

Happy cooking!

  • What's the normal price?

    • The app is completely free! No cost to download and use :)

  • No iPhone version? You’re cutting your market in half.

But at least Devs don't need to pay to be downloadable on the Google store ;)

I wouldn't pay Apples DEV fees if I wasn't making anything from an App either …

    • there's gotta be a joke here somewhere about cutting in half.. ingredients.. recipies….

    • We actually have an iOS version with lots more features! I just updated this listing to include it. The app is free on iPhone, there is a 90% discount if you want to check out premium subscription for $4.99 a year :)

  • I downloaded it becoz of the find by Ingredients feature… but the Ingredients selection is sooo small.

    • +1

Oh no! What do you mean by the selection is small?

      • ohh wait.. it says popular Ingredients … nvm my bad

    • +2

No death cap mushroom recipes! Now what can I serve my guests😜

upvoted fellow andoid developer - best of luck

  • Can I use this to cook the food with my phone?

    • Yes you can follow along the recipes on your phone!

On iOS only (not Android), there's a feature to 'cook step by step' to the recipe. On every recipe, there’s a button to turn on cooking mode (tap on 'start cooking now' button). This allows you to cook step by step with method text enlarged and an accessible ingredients list.

  • If it can import recipes from other apps, you would be on to a winner or even import from a csv file….even better if it can export to different formats.

    • Great ideas! What apps are you thinking would you want to import from? What formats would you like to export into?

  • Great idea. Downloaded app but cannot see the 90% discount. IOS. Love my cooking. Must admit not often following recipes but at least getting ideas.
Just see the 12 month $59.99 and $7.99/monthly

  • Can i add my own recipes from scratch?

  • Can it calculate nutritional information for a custom recipe?

    • Not at this stage. Is this something you'd want to see?

      • Allow me to answer. Yes

  • Weird.

"This app is available for some of your devices"

But the install button is grey.

    Haven't seen that one before?

    • This is new! Could you DM a screenshot if possible?
