    The silver yarn is anti microbial - this helps to limit bacterial growth

    they are also blind seamed to limit irritation, blisters, infection and in diabetics this is an amputation risk

    they are non binding - to limit constriction when the feet swell (which is common in diabetics) - another way to limit irritation on the feet

    They are USA sizes on the drop down menu

    That would be Large. I am size 11 USA and large is perfect.
