Best Travel Credit Card with Free Travel Insurance And No International Transaction Fee

Looking for a credit card with travel insurance AND no international transaction fee. Any recommendations? Thank you.

ps. I have a coles premium mastercard, 28 degrees, & citibank plus account. Want to get a card with travel insurance; but if I can have ONE card have both travel insurance & zero transaction fee, then I might cancel my coles card.

  CBA Ultimate, but only if you will spend $4k a month on it to avoid the monthly fee.

  I think there is also a similar CBA one which only requires $2k a month spend, but not sure of the name.
