I am a 28yo driver buying my first new car and I am interested in getting OzB's views on the best comprehensive car insurance policies available in the NT.
I have already sought several online quotes from the big names but if anyone has first hand experience, I would love to hear it.

There's no such thing as "best" when it comes to insurance. As mentioned above, even the slightest variance in circumstances can and will change the premium. And not all insurers are created equal. Your best bet is to run a comparison search on the top 3 or top 5 cheapest insurers and then compare their PDS and the coverage differences between each one, then select the insurer that is most suitable for you.

Best is subjective; it depends on your personal circumstances e.g. age, gender, where you live.
