when i click on the $20 voucher, it says i've redeemed but I haven't used it yet.
the fare still shows $10 off promotion. it doesn't allow me to use this $20. does it mean i have to wait until tomorrow?

  Try changing to nearby addresses for both, your current location and destination. I had the same issue last time, changed to couple of blocks and worked fine. If you can't get it to work then try tomorrow, I'd also recommend contacting their support just in case
